today i felt like doing a miler workout. so i did. it was really fun to be out on the track again. i ran 8 400's and then 4 200's for kicks. it went really well i thought. i was able to be consistent with my pace, and was able to push it all the way through the workout. it felt really good for the most part. my calves are a wee sore but i guess that can be a good thing meh? overall it went really well. |
